“We too feel that in the trials of today, the faithful of the first order who have in reality given precedence to faith over the world will be distinguished from others and it shall be proved that they have honored the pledge they made in Bai‘at and manifested the fact that they are true in their faith.” (page 42)

“And as the days of Divine Signs and calamities are near, so in the eyes of God one who makes a Will (Wasiyyat) at the time when He is living in peace holds a very high rank. And making such Will as renders an unending financial help will be a source of perpetual reward for the one who makes it and such a Will falls under the category of Khairat-e-Jarya.” (page 29)

Guidelines for Office Bearers, Lajna Imaillah Worldwide – Secretary Diyafat

Secretary Diyafat shall be responsible for organising the refreshments and catering at Lajna programs.
She should regularly remind members about hygiene practices.
She shall organise a Diyafat Team.
Secretary Diyafat shall be responsible for all the items relating to her department.
She shall keep a complete record of all the expenses together with receipts.

Through outreach and engagement, the Umoore Talibaat department acts as a central point of communication and support for students, helping them navigate various aspects of academic and student life. In line with its purpose to promote academic excellence, it offers assistance with post-secondary applications, reviewing assignments, offering career advice, and facilitating one-on-one connections with students pursuing higher education and alumni working in diverse fields.

The Umoore Talibaat department further works to ensure that all Lajna Ima’illah students remain active participants in Lajna and Jama’at programmes, in accordance with the directives of Hazrat Khalifatul Masih (aba). Additionally, the department supports the establishment and work of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Women’s Student Association (AMWSA), strengthening its presence and engagement across post-secondary institutions.

Tajnid Categories

Tajnid categories help us maintain accurate records and understand each member’s level of engagement, accessibility, and residence status. These categories ensure that every Lajna and Nasirat is recorded correctly in AIMS and that local secretaries can support members according to their needs. Members pay Chanda, attend programs, and are reachable.

Active – Infrequent

Are irregular and need follow-up.

Active – Accomodated

members are connected but excused due to valid circumstances such as health, new in majlis (<6monhts), caregiving, or studying on campus.

Unreachable – Requires Reform

members do not pay Chanda (or someone else pays on behalf), do not attend, and cannot be contacted.

Unreachable – Does not reside in Majlis

applies to those who have moved out or are abroad
and cannot be reached.

No Longer Affiliated

refers to members who have formally left the Jama’at or are under restrictions.

General Guidelines:

Official Social Media accounts should only be setup with the prior approval of Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih (aba)
National Sadr should personally oversee the establishment of social media accounts, ensuring that all posts are made only after her approval. Official Social Media accounts can be made at National level only.
Social Media accounts are an excellent source of information for Tabligh, Ta’lim, Tarbiyat and Isha’at. As the community of the Promised Messiah (as), who was Sulatan-ul-Qalam, we should use this tool to our advantage.
The setup of a Lajna Social Media account should always begin with a clear plan, aim and objective.
Prior to adding any content on Social Media, the country’s Data Protection rules should be followed.

Security:

Only one or two trustworthy persons should be assigned with the login details of the accounts rather than a team. Login details of a Lajna account should be firmly protected.
The responsibility for posting content should be limited to as few team members as possible, with careful selection of individuals entrusted with this task. Additionally, accounts should be regularly monitored as a safeguarding measure. Any inappropriate comments, messages, or followers should be promptly removed as needed.
It is also recommended to be cautious and selective in who the Lajna official account follows.
Members who regularly post on official Social Media accounts should sign out from their personal account to avoid posting anything from the Lajna account by mistake.

Social Media Posts:

Material to post should be chosen most carefully. Selection of Holy Qur’an, Ahadith, writings of the Promised Messiah^as and the guidance of Khulfae Ahmadiyyat should be chosen from official Jama’at resources. E.g. alislam.org, MTA, Review of Religions, Alfazl and Al Hakam. All references should be checked thoroughly.
It should be ensured that all images used to make graphics of quotes are not subject to any copyright.
Likewise, care should be taken when using photographs from Jama’at sources. Prior permission should be sought from Makhzan-e-Tasaweer.
It is not permitted to use photographs of any Lajna and Nasirat. Any photos of external guests at events should only be used with their full (where possible) written consent.

“You should see the backgrounds of different people and try to cater for their moral and religious training and education according to their backgrounds… So you will have to make your plan according to their individual conditions.”
